Product Return Guarantee:
BONRO Medical wants to meet all customers' expectations with every purchase made at our site. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or the product is damaged in shipment, or an incorrect item is shipped, we will happily correct the problem.
How do I Return a Product?
It is important to contact BONRO.com via e-mail or contact one of our Customer Service Representatives using our toll free number: 877.266.7699. In your e-mail, please reference your Invoice Number (or Sales Order Number) and the reason for your return.
Reasons for Return:
Shipping damage
Incorrect item shipped
Dissatisfaction (please explain)

Return Conditions:
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a 80% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee subject to the following conditions:
All products must be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Consumables are non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation.
All custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unless instructed otherwise.
All unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% processing fee and a $10 administrative charge. Refused by the recipient orders are considered unauthorized returns and therefore subject of the same fee and administrative charge.

Notes:
1. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
2. The photos we show on our website are not guaranteed to exactly match the product and BONRO.com cannot take responsibility for small differences because manufacturers update products without notice.
Damaged Goods:
Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Damage to a shipping container, box or packaging material must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.
If a shipment arrives damaged:
1. Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage
2. Contact BONRO.com via e-mail or contact one of our Customer Service Representatives using our toll free number: 877.266.7699 to start processing an insurance claim
3. Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you
If damage is not obvious at time of delivery:
1. Contact BONRO.com via e-mail or contact one of our Customer Service Representatives using our toll free number: 877.266.7699 within 5 days of delivery.
2. Save the container and merchandise for inspection
3. Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you
Product Warranty:
After the first 30 days of the invoice the VACURECT Rx carries a lifetime Free Replacement Warranty on the vacuum unit. All other products purchased via BONRO.com that carry an extended warranty are the sole responsibility of the each product manufactures. It is the responsibility of the customer to send the proper registration that applies to warranty application. Standard Guarantee and Warranty may not apply to any promotional or sales prices merchandise.
